What churches on Zera can do now that they couldn’t a month ago.
One home for every part of church life
Free for every church. Plus adds more for churches ready to grow.
No one slips through the cracks
Churches grow one person at a time. Zera helps your pastors and leaders know every member, welcome every visitor and follow up with care.
Know every member by name
One register for the whole church: families, groups, sacraments, and who’s on the app.
No visitor forgotten
Every first-timer is assigned to someone, with calls and visits logged until they feel at home.
Care that doesn’t slip
Members book time with a pastor from their phone, ask for care privately, and write to the church in Mail, anonymously if they need to.
Every member gets an app of their own
Their church between Sundays, the Word every day, Mail with their church, events they can answer, a pastor they can book and their own giving record. Their account belongs to them, not to one church.
- The feedPosts from the church and its people, with photos and video. Reply, react, repost, save and share.
- The Word every dayA daily reading with a streak to keep, and a verse to share as a picture.
- A passport for lifeTheir faith record and giving history go with them when they move church.
- No app store neededThey add Zera to their home screen in one tap.
Sunday, live in your own player
Go live from a phone, a laptop or OBS. Your members watch in your church’s own player and channel, with tools made for a congregation, not an audience.
- Chapters and Sermon onlyMark Worship, Word and Offering as you go. Members jump to the part they want, or play just the sermon.
- The verse on screenType John 3:16 and it shows on every screen, with the pastor’s name across the bottom.
- Clips for the feed and WhatsAppCut 15 to 60 seconds from the service and share it while the word is fresh.
- Listen onlyFor members on small bundles: just the sound, with the screen off.
- A report after every serviceWhen it ends, a report of the service, and every first-timer watching becomes a follow-up.
Giving made simple and faithful
When the records are clear, trust grows. Your treasurer records Sunday in minutes, every gift has a name and a fund, Mobile Money statements match themselves to members, and members see their own giving any time.
- Every cedi on a proper ledgerFunds, pledges, dues, budgets and year-end statements, all free.
- Who gave what stays privateNamed giving is for your finance team and the member only.
- Controls that protect your peopleZera PlusApprovals by amount, a two-person offering count, month-end close and an accountant’s seat.
For churches ready to grow
Everything free stays free. Plus adds live services, Chats, the Planner, finance controls, HR, branches and Discover. It starts from GH₵ 100 a month, priced by your church’s size, with a free 60-day trial.
Kept like it matters
A church’s records hold its people’s faith, giving and struggles. Each church is kept apart in the database itself, nothing is ever sold, and churches are confirmed and verified by Zera.
